DOCS is seeking a Vice President, Operations to provide leadership for, and oversight of, DOCS' evolving portfolio of programs. About the VP, DOCS Operations within DOC's at ICON: This is a fantastic opportunity to drive excellence in Program Management with a leading provider of Functional Resourcing Solutions to the Clinical Trials Industry. Oversight to the growing FSP programs including all that are delivered by DOCS. In this role you will report to the Global Head of DOCS and will line manage Program Directors providing direct oversight of individual programs under your remit. Successful delivery of full portfolio of FSP and Resourcing Programs to client expectations and in line with agreed budgets and timelines. You will hold responsibility for delivery of program portfolio, development of DOC's program delivery expertise, account management and client satisfaction, business development and also financial accountability. Managing clients' expectations and the Account relationship to ensure issues and clients' needs are proactively addressed. Act as Operational Expert for New Business Opportunities that relate to FSP and large scale Programs. Participate in / lead bid Business Development Activities, as required. Oversight and accountability for Program finances across the Portfolio and within each program. Regular status reporting on programs to the Executive Leadership Team and Operational leadership. Ensure appropriate Governance Models and robust succession plans in place for each program. You will need extensive direct line management experience within a global environment while managing Director level staff. Program management skills, commercial awareness and program finance and operational P&L experience.
